Can it capture variations before they get forgotten?

That's one of the highest-value things we build for electricians. You say what changed — voice note from the van is fine — and it's logged against the job with the extra materials and labour priced, ready to go onto the invoice. The variation stops being something you have to remember on Friday.

Does it work with my wholesaler's pricing?

It can. We've already built live supplier price syncing into our own product for a steel and fabrication business, so pricing from a trade portal flows into quotes automatically rather than being typed in from a PDF. Whether we can do it for your wholesaler depends on what they expose — that's one of the first things we'd check.

What about certificates of compliance?

Filed and findable. Each CoC and test record is attached to its job and property, so producing one on request is a search rather than an archaeology project. The certification decision stays with the registered person — we're automating the filing, not the sign-off.
